The Beckhoff-manufactured CX9020-0110 is a compact, DIN rail-mountable Ethernet control system equipped with integrated I/O system and automatic detection and switching features for the E/K-bus system. The unit is furnished with several interfaces including four USB 2.0, two microSD card slots, one DVI-D, and optionally, CANopen, PROFIBUS, and RS232 interfaces. The system’s RJ45 interfaces are connected to an internal switch, enabling the effortless establishment of a line topology. Equipped with a Windows Embedded Compact 7 operating system, an ARM Cortex I GHz processor, E-bus/K-bus I/O connection, 1 GB DDR3 RAM main memory, integrated 128 KB NOVRAM persistent memory, and flash memory with two microSD slots, this system is powered by a 24V DC supply. The unit, enclosed in an IP 20 protected casing, operates within a temperature range of -25 to 60 degrees Celsius and can withstand up to 95% humidity without condensation.
