135U3275
The 135U3275 is a variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss and supplied within the VLT FC 202 AQUA Drives series. It is intended for pump, blower, and general water-treatment duties where precise speed regulation reduces energy consumption and hydraulic stress. Positioned in the VLT AQUA Drive product group, this compact controller links to three-phase power networks and modulates motor frequency to maintain stable flow or pressure in automated installations.
It operates from an input window of 380 – 480 VAC supplied on a Three Phase Power network and is sized for a continuous mechanical output of 0.55 kW, equivalent to 0.75 HP. The integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter limits conducted emissions, helping the inverter meet EMC requirements in mixed-use switchboards. Conformally coated circuit boards increase tolerance to condensation and airborne salts, while the brake-safe-stop circuit is inactive because the unit contains no brake chopper. Belonging to the VLT AQUA Drive group, the hardware carries the series identifier 202 to align with firmware, accessory, and parameter files.
Configuration options adapt the drive to site requirements. The A option card is the PROFIBUS DP MCA 101, giving cyclic fieldbus communication with PLCs, and the enclosure uses standard cable entries at Adaptation A. A front-mounted isolator provides the Mains Disconnect function, and safe stop braking is omitted. Control electronics stay active during outages thanks to the MCB-107 24V DC backup module, while commissioning is handled from the Graphical Loc. Cont. Panel without external tools.
