195N1102
The 195N1102 variable frequency drive is produced by Danfoss as part of the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. It serves as a compact AC motor controller for industrial process automation, adjusting motor speed to maintain flow, pressure, or mixing accuracy while reducing energy consumption. The design combines a narrow footprint with standard functional blocks, making it useful for retrofits where cabinet space and quick installation are critical.
It belongs to the VLT product group and targets process installations that need basic speed modulation. The drive outputs 10 HP, setting the mechanical ceiling for the connected motor, while its electronics accommodate a continuous 7.5 kW electrical load. Supply compatibility spans 380–480 V with ±10 % tolerance, and the inverter locks to 50/60 Hz grids. Because the input network is 3 phase, line currents stay balanced and torque ripple is reduced. With no application option card installed, adjustment is handled through the standard menu, and the default “Process” profile provides suitable ramp and PID values for pumps and agitators.
The inverter uses a Bookstyle housing so units can mount side by side on DIN rail without derating. Its IP20 rating offers basic finger protection, adequate for clean electrical panels. A Built In Display (SLCP) on the front cover shows status and allows parameter edits without an external keypad. The supplied hardware uses an internal brake chopper for fast motor deceleration. Boards lack coating, so low-humidity mounting is preferred. As it ships without an EMC RFI filter, external suppression must be added when emissions compliance is required, keeping the layout consistent with the rest of the 2800 series.
