The VLT3004, designed by industry innovation leader Danfoss, is part of the efficient VLT3000 series of frequency drives that support software versions 3.02, 3.12, and newer upgrades. Engineered for optimized results and energy conservation, this frequency drive retains the same dimensions as the VLT3003, offering easy installation with removable wiring access knockouts located on the bottom covers. To ensure optimal cooling performance, the access plates must be correctly replaced post-installation. The user-friendly control panel, with its LCD display and functional keypad, also includes two LEDs indicating operational status and alarm status. Prior to installation, it's crucial to review the accompanying technical specifications and guidelines. To facilitate stable operation when used with parallel or synchronous motors, the ‘Constant Torque’ load type option should be selected.
