The Bosch Rexroth Indramat R911271594 (DDC01.2-N100A-DA01-01-FW) is a custom-configured DDC drive controller, designed with compatibility in mind. The basic unit can be adapted with the addition of a positioning module, additional plug-in modules, and a software module, fitted into slots U1 – U5 according to usage-specific requirements. Equipped with a bleeder resistor for controlling voltages generated during braking and a Direct Current (DC) bus rectifier, this drive uses a DSM software module for optimal pairing of mechanical systems and motors.
In the event of necessary replacement, the drive's operating software and parameters can be swiftly transferred to a new unit. The R911271594 (DDC01.2-N100A-DA01-01-FW) operates with a rated current of 100 Amperes and standard noise emission. Its digital servo feedback mechanism and ANALOG interface command module enhance functionality. The unit runs on firmware, which must be ordered separately, and operates with an average continuous current of 35 Amperes and pulse frequency of 4 kHz.
