The DDS02.1-A050-D drive controller, a Bosch Rexroth Indramat collaboration, is widely used in diverse sectors ranging from printing and packaging to textile industries for machine tool automation. This controller, perfectly compatible with the company's LAR, MDD, and MKD motors, meticulously executes servomechanism resulting in precise control of positions and speed. Using Resolver feedback within its closed-loop feedback system and heat technology for cooling, it requires minimal effort for installation in a large control cabinet with potential air conditioning. With a maximum peak current of 50A, the controller also includes an array of accessories like an electrical kit, connector kit, service cable and mechanical accessories for seamless functioning. It avails retrofitting with varied plug-in modules based on functional requirements. The device supports ANALOG interface with an incremental encoder emulator for controlling AC servo drives. Additional plug-ins like a gearwheel encoder interface are available to efficiently evaluate the motor's main spindle position encoder.
