The DDS03.1-W050-DA01-01-FW drive controller is a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed to function as an AC digital servo drive. To ensure safety, it should be operated as per specified guidelines and regulations. This device, with a version code of 1 and series code of 2, must be switched off for at least five minutes before any work on it is carried out. Its safety features include an emergency stop circuit that isolates power connection to avoid accidental startups. It employs an analog interface for communication, supporting both incremental and absolute encoder emulators, and uses a service cable, IKS3091, for setup. The firmware is not included and needs to be ordered separately, with the software module inserted into the U5 slot and plug-in modules into U1 to U4 slots. It features control electronics provided by the X1 connector. Usage is limited to regions under 1,000m above sea level and it's protected against solid objects over 50mm in diameter.
