The R911254330 (DDS02.1-W150-D) is a digital, modular AC servo control drive from Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DDS series. Designed to adapt with various modules, the product offers unique and versatile functionality for a wide range of applications. When paired with either MKD, MDD, or LAR AC motors, it serves as a highly responsive drive. Its suitability extends to various applications such as robotics, machine tools, printing, packaging, textile machinery, automotive, and material handling machines.
The Drive controller is characterised by a heat cooling mechanism, designed for ample cooling airflow within the unit. It requires an extensive control cabinet for operation and has a rated current of 150 A. It is equipped with Digital Servo Motor Feedback (DSF) which supports accurate position feedback digitally without the requirement of extra wiring. The device can function within an ambient temperature range of 0 to 45o Celsius, with the capacity to reach a maximum of 55o Celsius under de-rated data. Relative air humidity should not exceed 95%, with an absolute air humidity limit of 25 g/m3. Ensuring protective efficiency, the drive controller and its supply units are intended for mounting in closed housings or control cabinets, aligning with protection category IP 10, as per DIN 40 050.
