The Bosch Rexroth R911275267 (DDS02.1-F100-D) drive controller is a series 2, version 1 product that employs liquid coolant for heat management. It is designed for installation in the back wall of a small-sized control cabinet with exterior airflow. With a current rating of 100A, the device utilizes digital servo feedback and is capable of energy restoration during operation. The unit, weighing approximately 11 grams, can be connected with M5 screws to L+, L-, and PE terminals, all tightened with a torque of 3Nm. For connection to an AC motor, it is mandatory to use the manufacturer-supplied motor power cables, which have a maximum length of 75m. These cables have a protective conductor single line and three lines for the motor power connection. Avoiding earth loops in the chassis earth connection is equally important for preventing intermeshing. When using multiple drive controllers, they can be connected adjacently through DC bus rails. Storage and transportation of the drive controller must be done at temperatures between -30°C and 85°C, with a maximum permitted air humidity of 25g/m3 and relative air humidity up to 95%.
