The R911275631 (DDS02.2-A100-BE33-01-FW) is a high-performance digital drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat designed to work hand-in-hand with AC servo motors from the MDD, 2AD, ADF, and 1MB series. Its primary function is to enable these motors to respond swiftly when used with the respective DDS series digital drive controllers. These controllers are modularly constructed to facilitate easy customizability for a range of applications that encompass textile machines, packaging and printing machinery, along with robotic implementations.
The R911275631 (DDS02.2-A100-BE33-01-FW) digital drive controller belongs to the Line 2 series, featuring Design 1. Its unique selling point is its cold technology cooling function, wherein the cooling airflow is positioned outside the control cabinet, hence dissipating majority of the heat externally and enabling the use of a smaller cabinet. The controller connects to all Indramat supply units offering a regulated 24V DC voltage. The drive controller and supply units are enclosed in a control cabinet that has a protective rating of IP 10 under DIN 40 050 standards, safeguarding against solid objects over 50mm in diameter. Able to operate motors with digital and resolver servo feedback, this controller offers a secure SERCOS interface for the operation of digital drives, provided the controls are compatible. It also features dedicated inputs for the interpretation of reference switches, travel range limit switches and sensor inputs. Interestingly, it supports firmware that can be separately procured.
