The Kollmorgen DSM007 is a compact micro-DSM series industrial drive, packing exceptional power into a small package. Delivering a peak current output of 7.5 amps and a continuous current output of 2.5 amps, it runs on an input voltage range of 100 to 240 Volts AC, with a frequency of 47 to 63 Hertz. Featuring ±10 Volts analog velocity input and digital serial commands, the DSM007 can operate up to 32 devices via its dual RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports, which support varying baud rates from 1200 to 19200. The drive incorporates high-performing control loops for torque, velocity, and position, all digitally managed with strong 300 Hertz velocity loop bandwidth. Moreover, incremental encoder enables motor feedback. With a robust design prepared for -5 to 55 degrees Celsius operating temperature, this lightweight 1.68 Kg drive is diligently constructed for efficient performance in challenging environments.
