The BECKHOFF EL7047 is an EtherCAT enabled, 50 VDC, 5A Stepper Motor Terminal optimal for medium performance stepper motors. Featuring multiple output stages, this model delivers a wide range of voltages and currents, offering significant versatility. It includes 2 limit switches inputs, 4 digital inputs for an encoder system, and a configurable digital output for the brake. It operates at a maximum output current of 5 amperes and handles supply voltages of up to 50 VDC, ensuring robust mechanical performance. The EL7047 accommodates a standard stepper motor, encoder system, and supports three operating modes: standard, sensor-less and extended. This device can be utilized with any brand of stepper motor and can be conveniently configured via the TwinCAT System Manager.
