The Bosch Rexroth Indramat HCS01.1E-W0054-A-03-B-ET-EC-PB-L4-NN-FW from the HCS IndraDrive Controllers series is a high-performance compact converter engineered for precise automation tasks. It features a MultiEthernet communication interface supporting PROFINET IO, EtherNet/IP and EtherCAT protocols. Operating on a three-phase AC 200…500 V ±10% supply with a peak current of 54 A, it uses internal air cooling via an integrated blower for efficient thermal management. Rated IP20 for ingress protection, it integrates STO (Safe Torque Off) and SBC (Safe Brake Control) safety functions and supports Hiperface/EnDat encoder interfaces. The controller pairs with a BASIC control section and requires separate firmware ordering.
