The Bosch Rexroth Indramat KDS1.1-30-300-W1 servo drive is designed for use with MAC 90 to MAC 160 series servomotors. Featuring cold-running technology and a flush mounting style per DIN VDE 0160 standards, it enables torque control through a programming module and two summing inputs. The drive controls external torque and current via an analog voltage, remaining active for up to 300 ms post power-off. It is compatible with other servo drives and reduces motor current and torque by 2% per degree rise in temperature within 45 °C to 55 °C. The drive requires a completely closed control cabinet, proper earthing, and connection through a link circuit bus bar and shielded cables. High mains voltage occurs at terminals L1, L2, and L3 during operation, and a fixed protective conductor connection is essential. Avoid operating the unit near high-frequency radio equipment.
