The B-404-C-31, a Kollmorgen GOLDLINE servomotor, works in synergy with a SERVOSTAR digital amplifier to enhance ease of installation and performance. The digital amplifier has three selectable algorithms (PI, PDFF, Pole Placement) depending on the required function. This model comes with pre-set settings and MOTIONLINK software that enables simple tuning of the system. The servomotor delivers a continuous torque of 13.1N-m, peak torque of 24.1N-m, power of 5.4kW, and a top speed of 5000RPM. It features a brushless, lightweight design with neodymium-iron-boron magnets to boost both peak and continuous torque. Also, its low-inertia design makes it suitable for applications requiring rapid acceleration and deceleration. The B-404-C-31 is compact, UL recognized, has a class H insulation classification, and IP 65 sealing for protection against external elements. Optional features include IP 67 sealing, NEMA mountings, and mating connectors.
