The Kollmorgen LSM100-46-454-E2-OKA is a brushless servomotor that mounts into a belt using a rigid coupler, necessitating regular alignment checks for stability and to avoid shaft damage. Designed for heavy-duty applications, this motor delivers high torque and acceleration/deceleration through its rotor magnets. Measuring 295mm in length, this 13.9lbs motor is CE certified for global use. The LSM100-46-454-E2-OKA features a unique stator design that ensures optimal thermal transfer, aided by built-in temperature sensors for intelligent overload shutdown. With a torque constant for speed control, this motor can withstand up to a 36kg radial load at 4000RPM, although axial load forces should be avoided. If using certain encoders, pins 15, 16, and 17 are not connected. For optimal performance, mount the motor on a 0.5 x 10 x 10 inches aluminum heatsink and store within temperatures of -30°C to 70°C.
