The R911261324 (MDD112D-N-015-N2M-130PB0) digital AC servomotor, designed and created by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a standout choice for grinding machine applications. The unit leverages a design with electronic commutation, and is replete with a load feature that allows the assimilation of external forces directly at its associated output shaft. Rare earth or iron-oxide like magnets are used in its permanent design, along with a DIN 6885 specced keyway shaft. This motor also carries an IP 44 rating for water penetration protection and features the shaft fitting on its A-side. The servomotor provides maximum shock duration of 22ms on its longitudinal axis and requires either shock-damping or shock-decoupling mounting in particularly demanding applications. Its design supports the use of a threaded mounting flange and it features pair of tapped holes in its housing. Along with these, a noteworthy feature is its axial force which is 0.35 times the permissible radial force. This device includes a 12-pin flanged socket and an optical system for feedback connection, with a standard pilot diameter for the mounting flange.
