Bosch Rexroth's MHD112D-027-NG3-BN is a highly efficient, high-torque servomotor from the MHD Synchronous Servo Motor series. Renowned for their high torque densities, these motors are specifically engineered to produce optimum torque throughout their speed range. The MHD112D-027-NG3-BN motor is available in both naturally cooled 60K and 100K versions, as well as a surface cooled variant fortified with a forced convection air blower. All versions maintain an operation speed of 2,000 RPM and can reach speeds up to 3,000 RPM. Considered one of the safest motors on the market, the product adheres to IP65 protection standards and weighs 56 kg. Additional features include a digital servo feedback mechanism enabled via an in-built relative positioning encoder and a 70Nm holding brake for de-energizing shaft stability.
