The 1006-2256-025-056 (MIV06-3-V1) is a cutting-edge inverter system designed and produced by the renowned international engineering corporation, Okuma. Widely acknowledged for their top-grade motion control systems, Okuma ensures high performance in this product, primarily aimed at controlling spindle motors and axis drive motors within their motion control systems. The product integrates a Direct Current (DC) power supply unit that powers the inverter unit (MIV) with 3000 VDC and control power of 24 VDC. Additionally, the MIV interfaces with various subsystems through an encoder link, servo link, and a converter link. Enhanced heat dispersion is made possible through both an internal and external cooling fan. The inverter is also equipped with a power device and power control unit.
Housed in a robust unit case, the inverter's control board is safely situated within. A highlight feature of the model is its 7-segment LED display, showing operational statuses and possible alarm warnings. Digits displayed on this interface, especially during an alarm, provide information about system errors. Two display modes, normal and alarm status, are available for user convenience. A significant feature of this unit is its 3 kW power capacity on the 'L' side. Incorporating a Voltage Alternating Current (VAC) motor, the model enables the motor to yield power between 2.2-3.7 kW. It also has a spindle motor control board, providing precise control over the spindle motor.
