The MIV22-1-B1 inverter, crafted by Okuma, provides steady output of 22kW or 30HP and comes with multiple features accommodated within its compact 380 x 150 x 325mm framework. Both terminal blocks, XT1 and XT2, are located on the front panel, requiring M6 screws for firm wiring termination. The device weighs approximately 11.2kg and has a clearly visible 7-segment LED display to monitor operation states and show error codes for simplifying troubleshooting. It also has a controller ID which can be set using the 5-bit switch on the front panel. Capable of accepting 300 Volts DC input, the inverter should have power disconnected before any reconnections are made and be allowed adequate time for all charge to disappear prior to maintenance. The MIV22-1-B1 operates using an ICB1 control unit with a control ROM of type 1 and is compatible with BL and PREX series motors, requiring professional installation for optimal performance.
