The MKD025A-144-KP0-KS radial shaft motor by Bosch Rexroth is designed with high resistance to chemicals and oils, using materials such as radial shaft rings made of wear-resistant rubber. This motor features electric commutation capabilities and is suitable for continuous start-stop operations with high frequencies thanks to its flange design meeting DIN 42948 standards. The motor bearings are made for high radial loads, allowing for easy direct overhung pinions and belt pulleys attachment. The black RAL 9005 coating provides resistance to coloring, chalking, and diluted acids, and housing can be repainted with an additional coating not exceeding 40 μm thickness. With an estimated service life of L10h = 30,000 h per DIN ISO 281, motor bearings are replaceable if needed. The MKD025A-144-KP0-KS motor complies with DIN 42950 design B5 and offers high dynamics and performance data, making it suitable for industries such as machine tools, printing, paper, handling and automation, packaging, and food.
