The MKD071B-035-EG1-KN AC servo motor, designed by Bosch Rexroth, features an IP 65 protection category and an overload guard for use in automation, handling, packaging, food-processing, printing, and paper-processing machines. With a friction-free, open motor shaft design, it operates optimally in ambient temperatures of 0°C to 45°C and installation heights of 0m to 1000m above sea level. The adjustable flange sockets (up to 270 degrees) and various mounting positions enable customization to suit specific needs. The optional holding brake, with an operational life span of approximately 20,000 motor revolutions, provides axis clamping without acting as a braking system. The low inertia mass permanent-magnet motor offers electronic commutation and a brushless design for maintenance-free operation and high reliability. For drive controller connection, a separate DIN 332 compliant shaft key with a sided center hole is required. This globally shippable unit comes with a one-year warranty from Servo Supplier.
