The Rexroth MKD090B-047-KP2-KS synchronous AC motor features an integrated holding brake and resolver feedback. The holding brake offers 18 Nm holding torque, 24 V DC rated voltage, 0.71 Amps rated current, 3.13 x 10-4 kg m2 moment of inertia, and 16 ms clamping delay and a 90 ms release delay. The shaft of MKD090B-047-KP2-KS has key as per DIN 6885-1 and includes a sealing ring for moisture and dust protection. The housing is designed for Ex-type cluster II, category 3, G and D according to DIN EN 50021, with connections for the encoder and power input located in a terminal box on side B of the motor. Speed-torque curves and technical data are specified for 60 K and 100 K housing overtemperature conditions. The rated speed is 3,500 RPM with a rated torque of 6.2 Nm at 60 K and 9.9 Nm at 100 K overtemperature. The rated power is 2.7 kW at 60 K and 4.8 kW at 100 K overtemperature.
