The Bosch Rexroth MKD112A-024-GG0-AN Synchronous Motor is designed for high-dynamic operations. It connects electrically with drive controllers at 314 – 355 V and maintains a consistent power range between 3.2 – 6.4 kW at a rated speed of 2500 rpm. There are variations in specifications among different models. With natural cooling and a 60-K housing temperature increase, it provides continuous torque of 15Nm at a continuous current of 13.1A. The motor with 100-K increase in winding temperature delivers 17 Nm at a standstill, at a continuous current of 15.9 A. The model with surface cooling at 60-K/100-K overtemperature uses 19.7 A to provide continuous torque of 22.5 Nm at 2000 rpm speed. The MKD112A-024-GG0-AN has a plain output shaft with radial sealing to prevent leakage and four pole pairs. Fine positioning is facilitated by resolver feedback with no holding brake included. The power connector is located on Side-A, offering IP 65 protection. The motor serves as a servo or main drive and is covered by a one-year warranty from Servo Supplier.
