The MKD112B-024-KG2-AN motor boasts a 192mm flange size, 130mm centering diameter, and delivers a continuous torque of 28Nm at standstill. Equipped with a 32Nm holding brake, the motor features windings code 024 and a resolver feedback with an integrated multi-turn absolute encoder for accurate position and speed data. Although capable of theoretical speeds of up to 4000 RPM, the characteristic motor speed is 2000 RPM. The power connector is located on side A and the motor is driven by a plain shaft with a shaft sealing ring, achieving a rated speed of 3500 RPM and a rated frequency of 233 Hz. Electrical commutation enables continuous start-stop operations, while the torque-to-inertia mass ratio ensures high dynamic performance. The weather-resistant, black prime-coated housing is IP65-rated for protection against adverse environmental conditions, and special unpainted versions are available for industries such as food processing. The motor falls within the F insulation class and is offered exclusively in this design.
