The Bosch Rexroth MKD112B-048-KP2-AN motor delivers a hassle-free operational experience, leveraging brushless design and grease-lubricated bearings. It ensures overload protection through integrated motor temperature monitoring. The motor provides high overload capacity, due to enhanced heat transfer from the stator windings to the outer wall of the housing. The product’s quick start is facilitated by an onboard data memory in the motor encoder. The unit’s structural elements should not be altered. Ideal for automation and handling systems and machine tools, it should not be operated under extreme temperature fluctuations or exceedingly high temperatures.
This motor features size code 112 and length code B. Maintenance should commence five minutes after switching off power to allow complete capacitor discharge. A minimum 10mm2 cross-sectional copper conductor should be used for the drive's safety conductor connection. For optimal performance, use the manufacturer's power and encoder cables. Appropriate load factors must be evaluated when the motor is operated outside standard ambient temperature and altitude settings. It can handle loads such as presses and punches if attached in a decoupled or absorbed manner. Adhering to a relative humidity of 20%-80%, the motor must only be installed in an IM V3 position if no fluid is at the output shaft. With resistance to weather, coloring, and diluted lyes and acids, it features a durable prime coat. The Class F insulated motor, warranted for one year by Servo Supplier, must be transported and stored at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C.
