The R911262938 (MKD090B-047-KG0-KN), a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a brushless and digital industry-grade servo motor. For the creation of an efficient, cost-effective automation system with a wide array of functions, it can be coupled with a compatible Rexroth digital intelligent drive controller. Boasting a characteristic speed of 3200 rpm and a rated speed of 3500 rpm, the motor is designed to generate a maximum torque of 12Nm in natural cooling mode with 60k motor over-temperature. Alternatively, a maximum torque of 15.0Nm is achievable in surface cooling mode with either 60k or 100k motor winding over-temperature. Additional radial cooling devices can also be obtained for extreme conditions.
This model, R911262938 (MKD090B-047-KG0-KN), operates with a rated nominal voltage of AC 230 ±10% or AC 115 ±10%. It incorporates a feedback mechanism that operates on the inductive principle and delivers system accuracy of ±8 angle minutes. Thanks to its resolver feedback and built-in absolute encoder, it can attain a position resolution of up to 32,768 rotations. While this model configuration does not include an integrated holding brake, it can be purchased separately. For easy and efficient power and motor feedback connections, this model is equipped with a sealed, large terminal box. It has maintenance-free, pre-greased bearings requiring no regular upkeep.
