The Bosch Rexroth Indramat R911272171 (MTS-P01.1-M1-B1-NN-NN-NN-FW) SPS module is an advanced controller designed for incorporation into an industry-standard PC or BTV20/30 unit. Its design includes a base unit, plug-in modules, an ISA bus-compatible format, a diagnostic connector, a status display and a serial interface. Before installing, the unit's addresses, applicable to standalone modules, should be configured through a DIP switch. Also inclusive is a rechargeable battery lasting seven to ten years on average. When initialized, the unit performs a self-test, with STA and ERR LEDs switching off in two to three seconds after the phase. Notably, the product displays diagnostic results through a 7-segment display featuring one-digit and alternating three-digit error codes. Data exchange between the unit and board is facilitated via an 8kB dual port memory. The R911272171 (MTS-P01.1-M1-B1-NN-NN-NN-FW) module is encased within an industrial PC-compatible housing and is standard with a 1 series code.
