The 5DLSDL.1000-00 Smart Display Link by B & R Automation is part of the 5DL series, facilitating seamless communication between an automation panel and a B & R Industrial PC via a single cable. It supports data, touchscreen, LED, matrix, and service data transmission, enabling the automation panel to be positioned up to 40 meters from the PC. This device integrates USB 1.1 without external modules and operates with a supply voltage of 24 V DC, drawing a maximal current of 4.2 A and consuming 3 W of power. It complies with EN 61131-2 standards, being rated for Overvoltage Category II protection, and features a robust metal housing with a tightening torque limit of 0.5 Nm. Designed for operating temperatures of 0 to 45°C, it provides a panel or monitor interface and meets EMC Bridge and Open Deck Class B requirements. This unit is tailored for Automation Panel 900 devices.
