The HDS02.2-W040N-HS79-01-FW, manufactured by renowned automation technology producer, Bosch Rexroth Indramat, belongs to the DIAX04 family of electric drives for AC motors. Noted for its book-like design, this drive delivers high performance while ensuring valuable space is conserved within the electrical cabinet. It interfaces seamlessly with an HVR or HVE power supply, furnishing the requisite voltage for both drive internals and motor. Integral to the drive is a SERCOS-based command communication module, receiving instructions and providing feedback to external equipment or controllers. The drive's software module, the HSM, houses firmware and parameters - a transferable configuration asset. The drive can output currents up to 40 A, with continuous currents of 20 A at 4 kHz and 15 A at 8 kHz. Typically, the device experiences a 125 W power loss during continuous current operation. Installation should be in environments with temperatures between 5 and 45 degrees Celsius and storage/transportation between -30 and 85 degrees Celsius.
