The Bosch Rexroth MAC090C-0-KD-4-C/110-A-0/WI520LX/S005 is a high-performance AC servomotor within the MAC series, known for its precision and smooth operation, making it ideal for use in precision lathes and grinding machines. It features a special KD winding design with a nominal speed of 2000 rpm and employs an incremental encoder for position evaluation, alongside tacho feedback for rotor position recognition and speed assessment. Designed to mount in any orientation, the motor has a centering diameter of 110 mm and operates via natural convection cooling. It lacks a holding brake and directs its power connection to Side A. The motor must be handled by trained personnel and requires a clean, dry storage environment. It can withstand ambient temperatures up to 85°C during transport. Additionally, the integrated blower can function independently from the controller, and all components are securely connected via flanged sockets. Proper grounding to the servo amplifier is essential.
