The MTS-R01.2, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an essential component of CNC controllers, integrating SPS and NC modules. Designed for versatile applications, it can operate efficiently in up to 75% humidity and be stored safely in up to 95% humidity without condensation. It is dust and dirt resistant, suitable for outdoor use, and supports optional INTERBUS and PROFIBUS-DP interfaces via U1-U3 slots. Its compact enclosure (83.7mm x 192mm x 156mm) weighs approximately 1 kg and is mountable on a TS 35 x 27 x 15 DIN rail. It operates under atmospheric pressure between 860-1080 hPa, up to 1500m altitude, and is transportable at 660-1080 hPa up to 3500m. The module requires a 24 VDC supply voltage (18-28 VDC permissible range), with up to 0.5 A current consumption and accepts a 1.5mm² power cable. It features a D-SUB, 15-way female connector for programming and serial interfaces, meeting DIN 40 040 class KV standards.
