The Okuma OSP-7000L is a high-performance numerical control system designed as an upgrade to the 5000L model. Featuring a 9-inch CRT, it offers simultaneous 2-axis control (X and Z) with linear and circular interpolation, utilizing an absolute position encoder for precise detection. The multitasking system allows tape editing during machine operation, reducing downtime. It supports both absolute and incremental programming, with a minimum input increment of 1 micrometer and a maximum of ±99999.999 millimeters. The rapid and cutting feedrates are 56 meters/minute. Operating in ambient temperatures of 17-25°C and a cabinet temperature range of 0-40°C, it requires an environment free from sunlight, dust, or corrosive elements. Operating at 200 volts with a 10% tolerance and a 50/60 Hz frequency, it demands a dedicated ground connection to avoid electrical noise interference, critical for precision operations.
