Manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the SD-B4.070.030-01.000 is a permanent-field servomotor designed for residential use, equipped with an integrated commutation sensor and brushless tacho for electronic commutation. It features an IP 54 protection level per DIN 40 050 standards and utilizes ferrite permanent magnets. The motor supports a maximum tacho cable length of 100 meters and must be paired with TA or TC series inverters. It is devoid of a disk brake, allowing feed axis play and requires troubleshooting of the inverter, connection cable, or tacho board if faults arise. The servomotor supports vertical installation with the shaft upwards and maintains optimal performance with adequate heat dissipation. The unit boasts a peak current rating of 30 A at 20 °C, incorporates a NTC thermostat in its windings, and has a minimum bearing service life of 20,000 hours. It should not be mounted in IM V1 orientation. Identification is via a type label on the housing.
