The M21NRXB-LSS-NS-03 M series stepper motor, under our POWERMAX II brand, incorporates SIGMAX technology. This hybrid motor is designed with a polymer end bell for cooler operation and flexible mounting options. With an angular accuracy of +/-1.5% and an insulation resistance of 100 Megohms at 25°C, this device is ideal for special acceleration applications. Though it reflects NEMA 23 size with a 2.25-inch measure across flats, it has a considerable holding torque of 1.79Nm when both phases are on simultaneously. Operating at temperatures ranging between -20°C to +40°C, it can withstand harsh environments, while maintaining optimal performance with a 400% longer large bearing life compared to standard 22mm bearings. Its additional features include a laminated rotor, standard construction, winding type B, and a rotor inertia of 0.025kgm2 x 10-3. This hybrid motor promises high-speed efficiency, superior thermal dissipation, high torque-to-inertia ratio, and an economic design.
