The Pacific Scientific M22NRXA-JDF-M1-00 is a 2-phase, DC stepper motor featuring propriety Sigmax® technology, which uses rear earth magnets to optimize torque production by reducing flux losses. The motor conforms to NEMA 23 specifications and features NEMA mounting, which allows for easy installation across multiple orientations. The M22NRXA-JDF-M1-00, a 2-stack motor, employs a low-inertia rotor ideal for applications requiring maximum acceleration rates, and a double shaft, enhancing machine building flexibility. Although it lacks a factory-installed encoder, the design includes encoder mounting provisions for easy installation of position feedback hardware. The motor sets industry standards with the largest shaft diameter in its class (0.375”) and oversized bearings capable of tolerating high axial and radial loads. The M22NRXA-JDF-M1-00 can deliver a holding torque of 230 oz.-in in either parallel or series configuration and uses Class B insulation for its windings.
