Pacific Scientific's SR3720-3798-2A-56C is a continuous-duty motor from the SR PMDC series, known for its revolutionary engineering in efficient motion control. Smoother, low-speed operations and high overcurrent capabilities make this 90Vdc motor with 2.5A current exceptionally reliable. The motor offers a 1/4 HP power output and reaches peak speeds of 1800 RPM. The lighter weight from the use of permanent magnets, and durable construction featuring a TENV enclosure and explosion-proof washdown construction, enhance efficiency and longevity, respectively. This model includes H-class insulation with a class 220 rating for high resistance to winding temperatures up to 150°C, field replaceable brushes, and large bearings for shaft protection. Meeting SCR rated NEMA standards, the motor is certified by globally recognized bodies and complies with UL, CSA, and CE standards. With its NEMA 56C face and removable base, the SR3720-3798-2A-56C is optimally designed for long-term operations.
