Relying on a 3 x AC 380 – 460 volts three-phase power system, this controller has a 100 A current and includes integrated emergency stop and main contactors. It delivers efficient position control loop in the C-Axis operation with the main spindle drive. It also measures rotor positions with high precision, making it ideal for operations at low speeds. The controller incorporates a SERCOS interface, responsible for constant communication for speed management, torque set-points, and handling of confirmed parameters. The control panel helps encode vital parameters during product installation and application. The R911256093 (RAC 3.5-100-460-L00-W1-220) lacks water resistance but has an IP 10 protection against large objects as per DIN VDE 0470 standards. The package includes a built-in fan, but modifications to the chassis are required for external cooling.
