The Bosch Rexroth Indramat RD52.2-4B-015-L-A2-FW is a flexible universal drive system from the RD 500 product line, designed for easy operation with features like automatic motor adaptation and parameter identification. This drive system, weighing 11.3 kg, is equipped with an IP20-rated housing for solid object protection and is intended to be mounted within an industrial cabinet. Operating on 3-phase AC mains of 380 to 480 Volts, it delivers 15 kW at 4kHz and 11 kW at 8kHz pulse frequencies. The drive output current is rated at 30A (peaking at 60A) at 4kHz, and 25A (peaking at 50A) at 8kHz, with power outputs of 20 kVA and 16 kVA, respectively. It utilizes forced air cooling and offers an external stand-by power option for control electronics during AC mains failure. Firmware must be obtained separately. The radio noise immunity is rated A1 as per EN 55011, and commissioning is facilitated via the RDwin software or operator panel prompts.
