The Kollmorgen S20360-DLS is a high-performing servo drive in the S200 series, designed to collaborate seamlessly with Danaher Motion’s brushless servo motors. Suitable for industrial environments, it operates optimally in an air temperature between 0 to 30°C and can withstand up to 50°C with consequent data loss. The S20360-DLS is compatible with both AC and DC power inputs (120/240 VAC or 20-90 VDC) and auto-configures prior to operation. It incorporates advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting features, including control under-voltage detection and alerts for excessive motor current or over-temperature. The S20360-DLS’s LED indicates the device's status, and switches S1 and S2 allow for easy configuration for analog torque or current control with 6-Step (hall) feedback. Commissioning is further simplified by a quick start guide based on the device’s communication mode, and setup involves S200 tools software installation, hardware setup, and communication wizard setup.
