The Kollmorgen S22460-SRS servo drive unit is renowned for its compact size and functionality in lower power applications. This servo drive unit is engineered with a Smart Feedback Device (SFD) and can intuitively configure operating parameters when hooked to a motor. It also supports simple analog torque, current control feedback, and gives short circuit protection. Operational status can be monitored via an LED on the front, providing detailed diagnostics through different blink patterns. Setup includes software configuration by S200 tools followed by hardware setup, communication wizards, and motor feedback settings. The model also features a SynqNet option card and RJ-45 connectors to ease the installation process, and the motor power cable can stretch to a maximum length of 50m. The S22460-SDS model offers a peak current time of 3 seconds within a broad power spectrum.
