The Bosch Rexroth Indramat TVD 1.3-08 power supply unit features a DIN 40 050 IP10 protection category and employs an external bleeder, installed outside of the control cabinet, to minimize heat emission during use. This makes the TVD’s internal bleeder resistor redundant. The unit is interconnected to other modules for spindle drive braking position-control. It has a ZKS terminal input (X2/1 - X2/2) operational at a voltage of 24 V DC and current of 270mA, which also doubles as a safety feature. The power contactor is removable if the ZKS input is closed. It also has Input OFF (X2/3 - X2/4) and Input ON (X2/5 - X2/6) terminals, operable at 24VDC and 270mA current. The power contactor can only be activated if the OFF input is closed. Maintain adherence to the specified distances from flammable materials to avoid overheating.
