The R911219710 (TVM 2.1-050-220/300-W1/115/220) power supply module, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is used to operate with compatible AC servo drives and the combined setting forms a modular AC drive system. This unique system manages diverse drives with differing power demands. This unit comes with an array of monitoring functions and has an integrated power rectifier which modifies the AC line voltage, providing DC bus voltage to power the connected drives. The control voltage fuse and two line-input fuses are located on the bottom front panel. When an issue is detected, the ready-state contact can activate dynamic braking, stopping connected drives.
This power supply module works with modular drives to support a maximum continuous mechanical power of 4.1W. A variety of features are included to assist operation, including LED displays for easy troubleshooting. The module also has a DC bus circuit that stores drive energy which can be reutilised for acceleration. The device can handle a line voltage rating of 3 x 220VAC (+/-15%) or 3 x 230VAC (+10%/-15%), adjustable with an autotransformer. The front panel houses a RESET button above the diagnostic display and the auxiliary capacitance of the module should be designed to provide 15% overvoltage support if the power supply does not have a regulated bus.
