The Okuma VAC5-D6 is a servo drive with an optical interface designed to receive commands via reliable fiber optic communication. The drive, once connected to a 6 kVA, 8 kVA, or 11 kVA power supply, delivers output power of 3.7 to 7.5 kilowatts, or 5 to 10 horsepower. Furthermore, it accepts AC input voltage ranging between 180 to 220 volts and operates within a line frequency range of 49 to 62 Hertz. The VAC5-D6 comes with an in-built heat sink subject to regular cleaning to maintain performance. Additionally, it features a ventilation hole and fan guard that also require occasional cleaning. Weighing 12 kg and with dimensions of 450mm (height), 170mm (width) and 283mm (depth), it is designed to be mounted using four M6 screws. Installation and operation of the Okuma VAC5-D6 are only recommended for trained and qualified personnel.
