132L4039
The 132L4039 is a low-voltage variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss as part of the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. In process-plant automation it regulates the speed of induction motors so that pumps, fans, and conveyors follow real-time demand rather than running at fixed line frequency. By converting incoming three-phase power to a modulated output, the unit provides closed-loop speed control that improves energy efficiency and reduces mechanical stress on connected equipment.
It supplies a mechanical output of 1.1 kW, equivalent to 1.5 HP, and operates from a supply range of 380–480 V ± 10 % at 50/60 Hz on a 3-phase feeder. The device carries an IP20 protection rating, making it suitable for mounting inside electrical cabinets that are kept free of dust and moisture. Circuit boards are coated to resist condensation, and the drive is dedicated to process applications where continuous operation under varying load is common. Because no application option card and no fieldbus option are fitted, all adjustments are made through the local interface. Within the larger VLT product group, its parameter layout mirrors that of higher-power models.
The narrow Bookstyle housing conserves panel width while maintaining full front access to terminals and control wiring. A Built-in SLCP display presents operating data and facilitates parameter changes without external tools, and the hardware package is the factory standard with brake, giving the unit an internal brake chopper for controlled motor deceleration during stops. Conducted emissions are limited by an integrated RFI filter rated to EN 55011 Class A1, so additional external filtering is normally unnecessary on industrial mains.
