Kollmorgen's AKD-P00607-NBEC-0091 is an Ethernet servo drive designed for industrial automation applications. Its installation involves securing it to a conductive panel and connecting it to the Protective Earth ground. Configuration is done via its Workbench software's Setup Wizard. The device has the capacity for IP address settings through its two rotary switches, with values between 00 and 99. This servo drive supports a fully monotonic 16-bit resolution for analog outputs and an AC rated supply input frequency of 50 Hz to 400 Hz. A motor cable longer than 25 meters requires the drive to be used with a motor choke. The drive features an advanced dynamic braking mode, an internal regen resistor with a 33 Ohms rating, and must maintain a constant 24 V supply during operation. The device can operate in ambient temperatures up to 40 °C and it's critical to ensure proper EMC grounding to prevent risk of electrical shock.
