The AKMH31C-CNKNGF7K, produced by Kollmorgen, is a synchronous servomotor ensconced in robust stainless steel, delivering maintenance-free operation for most of its components. Conforming to food-grade washdown standards, the servomotor should be maneuvered with a compatible servo amplifier, with connections maintained live. Repair work on the motor should be performed solely by the manufacturer. The product includes an instruction manual and an o-ring for flange sealing. Mounting is recommended in IM B14 orientation, horizontally, with a connector positioned at the bottom. Cable length is fixed due its hygienic application requirements. The motor does not possess a holding brake, is undeterred by high-altitude locations exceeding 1000 meters, but should be fitted with an appropriate coupling. It is inadvisable to expose the motor to unpacked food. Accredited with UL, CE, and RoHS compliance, it can tolerate thorough, brief water cleaning between 40°C to 50°C and is exclusively assembled by qualified mechanical engineering personnel.
