The AL2403-0001-0000 is a synchronous linear servomotor produced by Beckhoff Automation GmbH, ideal for limited space installations. This three-phase device, part of the AL2400 series, comes with an S type winding and signifies high current consumption and maximum speed. Specifically designed for electrical machines or systems, it should not be operated in ATEX zones without appropriate housing, or by users wearing rubber-coated gloves. As a safety measure, be aware that the DC link terminal points can retain high voltages even post disconnection due to the DC link capacitors. This servomotor, with its integrated permanent magnets, possesses a velocity of 12m/s and a 24mm magnet pitch. Compatible with Beckhoff's AX5000 digital EtherCAT servo drive, it allows for high-speed acceleration over short distances. It retains a 1.5°C/W low thermal resistance, a voltage rating of 400-480VAC, a potted coil unit with an IP 64 protection rating, and must be installed below 1000m above sea level.
