The AT2000-0250 motor module by Beckhoff is a versatile component in the XTS Track system, integral to the eXtended Transport System's construction of precise and scalable motion systems. With a standard length of 250 mm, these modules offer flexibility in assembling various system lengths, including 249 mm and 233 mm modules for customization. Twelve modules can be linked to form a 3-meter segment powered by a single supply, supporting configurations in horizontal, vertical, or angled orientations from 1° to 179°. They accommodate complex designs like rectangular, square, and bespoke shapes, including L, U, O, Z, or T. The modules achieve high dynamics, reaching speeds up to 4 m/s and accelerations of 10 g, with payload capacities of up to 40 kg. Depending on their configuration, they deliver peak forces between 100 N and 210 N, with consistent forces ranging 30-75 N in straight sections. They ensure precise positioning with ±0.15 mm accuracy and repeatability under ±0.01 mm.
