The BX5100-0000 from Beckhoff is a CANopen slave interface in the BX Bus Terminal Controllers series supporting auto-detect baud rates up to 1 Mbaud. It manages 64 bus terminals (expandable to 255), offers 16 Tx PDOs and 16 Rx PDOs, and includes 256 kB program memory and 256 kB data memory. Programmable in IEC 61131-3 languages (IL, LD, FBD, SFC, ST) via TwinCAT, it features online change capability and a PLC cycle time of ~1 ms per 1,000 instr.
